Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

The two programmes have similarities. However, this programme covers a wider range of disciplines and, as such, is likely to take somewhat longer. The additional post-course assignment means that there is additional learning, time commitment and intensity involved. Completion of all the post-course assignment work results in a 'Certificate' rather than 'Award', as recognition of this additional work.

We call it a blended learning course. There are eight online self-study modules you need to complete together with some post-course assignments. As well as the online modules, you will spend time with our tutors, on Zoom or phone, to ensure you are on track.

We currently only offer this course as blended learning training with the online modules and tutor support.

You will achieve an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management qualification, focusing on effective leadership in a modern-day organisation. This is the equivalent of a second year of an undergraduate degree, a Diploma of Higher Education, HNDs and BTECs Professional Diplomas, Certificates and Awards.

Yes, support does not have to be limited to the ILM assignment work. You can also arrange help with our tutors on other elements of the training.
