Implementing Safety Management Systems

This course is designed to provide persons with the skills and knowledge required to implement a health and safety management system to a recognised health and safety standard such as OHSAS 18001 or HSG65, in order to effectively manage their organisation's risks (risk management) and ensure compliance with appropriate health and safety legislation.

This course is aimed at those responsible for implementing or overseeing a company's safety management system, and will also be useful for directors with health and safety responsibilities.

Each delegate will be issued with a workbook to assist them both during and after the course. This workbook will contain information, guidance and forms to assist managers.

The course is designed to be interactive, allowing delegates the opportunity to develop their skills with the support of the course tutor.
