# ONLINE BOOKING - PAYMENT

Thank you for your booking. All online payments through our site are encrypted and securely processed by Stripe®, meaning that we never see your card details.

## WHAT HAPPENS AFTER BOOKING?

Your booking will be processed by our admin team, who will send you joining instructions to the e-mail address you provided on the form.

This e-mail will contain all necessary information such as course start times and a map to the venue or log in details if the course is being delivered online.

You should receive this e-mail within 48 hours (Mon-Fri). If your booking is for a course which starts within a day or two, we will get it to you sooner.

Keep an eye on spam/junk mail folders as these e-mails can sometimes end up there.
