This qualification best prepares leaders and managers to overcome the challenges presented by the modern workplace. With a focus on teams, collaboration, change and the new world we work in, this qualification is available at Certificate level or the very comprehensive Diploma.
It is designed for project managers, department heads, and other practising middle managers, and will help to develop skills and experience, improve performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities.
The programme also enables leaders to better manage and adapt to the rapid pace of change in the workplace – primarily brought about by the rise of technology. And it empowers them to inspire their teams and guide them through the challenge.
We believe it has never been more important for leaders to develop their skills in this area to minimise disruption and make the most of the opportunities.
Change is inevitable, but it can also be difficult. Many find change uncertain and unsettling, and that brings challenges for leaders and those driving change.
Our new course has been designed to help prepare you for both the challenges and opportunities that change brings. The training focuses on relationship building, decision making, leadership style and empowering others.
We offer this qualification in a variety of formats. This gives you maximum flexibility, and allows you to fit your studies around your work and personal commitments.
We currently only offer this course as blended learning training with the online modules and tutor support.
You will achieve an ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management Certificate focusing on effective leadership in a modern-day organisation. This is the equivalent of a second year of an undergraduate degree, a Diploma of Higher Education, HNDs and BTECs Professional Diplomas, Certificates and Awards.
Yes, support does not have to be limited to the ILM assignment work. You can also arrange help with our tutors on other elements of the training.
