Accredited training

Our training is certified by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). When you achieve the qualification, you receive ILM letters after your name - either AMInstLM (Affiliate/Associate Member Institute Leadership & Management) or MInstLM (Member Institute Leadership & Management). ILM 7 coaching and mentoring roughly equates to a Master’s degree.

By your side

Our training involves some self-directed learning and three work-based assessments. It typically amounts to three hours a week for 12 months. But don’t worry. We will help you through that with full tutor support at no additional cost.

Ongoing support

Every client and every delegate is different - a one-size-fits-all approach to learning and development is ineffective.

So, we offer a range of face-to-face and remote training options.


Face-to-face in Reading or Nottingham

With our Reading and Nottingham classroom options, you benefit from two training days with our experienced tutors.

You’ll reap the rewards of their business-relevant, tried-and-tested approach and will be encouraged to bring live business issues and case histories with you on the course. 

Our Nottingham courses take place at our head office. The comfortable training suites are fully air-conditioned with natural daylight and are wheelchair-friendly. Free car parking is also available.

Our Reading courses are located at our sister company, Media First. The training facilities are approximately a seven-minute walk from Winnersh Triangle railway station and easily accessible from London. The training suites are wheelchair-friendly, and free on-site car parking is available.

Videoconference

Our Zoom option combines the best bits of classroom training with the ease and convenience of learning online.

You still benefit from an expert tutor facilitating the programme, but you can attend from anywhere in the world without having to travel to the classroom.
The course content is exactly the same as our two-day classroom option.

The flexibility of this programme means we can offer one-to-one sessions exclusively for you, as well as scheduling the days around your work and personal commitments. 

 

Bespoke

We can develop bespoke business coaching courses to meet your exact needs and requirements.

There are many elements to being a successful business coach. You may already excel at some but feel you need to improve in other areas or would just like a bit more practice.

Perhaps you feel you need to become better at giving constructive feedback, for example, improve your confidence or want to ask better questions.

Maybe you are looking for a little support over several months, or you could be looking for some short, sharp training that brings an immediate change.

You might have the qualifications and experience but want to sharpen and refresh your skills.

Whatever your needs – and the requirements of your organisation – our experienced and adaptable business coaching tutors can devise training that will help.

That’s up to you. We have plenty of scheduled course dates for our face-to-face and remote courses.

So, your learning journey can start as soon as you are ready. 

 

It depends on the location of training and whether you want to achieve an ILM Level 7 diploma or certificate.

A diploma qualification with face-to-face training at either our Nottingham or Reading offices is £2,995 + vat and a certificate qualification is £2,695 + vat.

For remote courses, it is £2,695 + vat for the diploma and £2,395 + vat for the certificate.  

The only difference is in the amount of logged coaching required post-course.

If you want to achieve the certificate, you need to complete 20 hours of logged coaching with two to three people.

For the diploma, you must complete 60 hours of logged coaching with six to nine people.

You need to complete three post-course activities to achieve your ILM accreditation.

We offer one year of support, included in your course price, to help you complete these assessments. And you have three years to finish the work.

Embedded in the assignments, the ILM certificate requires delegates to complete 20 hours of logged coaching with two to three people. The diploma requires delegates to complete 60 hours of logged coaching with six to nine people.

Additional tutor-guided learning will involve book and video reviews, with ongoing tutor guidance and support via phone, Skype, Zoom or face-to-face.
