With our Reading and Nottingham classroom options, you benefit from two training days with our expert tutors.

You’ll learn to train others. And develop a better understanding of the ways people learn, how to deliver a confident and motivational session, how to evaluate your performance and much more.

You will also have many opportunities to put what you learn into practice, watch your performance back and receive feedback.


Videoconference

Our Zoom option combines the best bits of classroom training with the ease and convenience of learning online.

You'll still cover all the same great stuff as our face-to-face training.

And the practical training equips you with the skills, tools and confidence to train others remotely and in the classroom.

Just like with our face-to-face training, practical sessions are recorded and played back for feedback, coaching and analysis.

It is the perfect option for those more likely to deliver training remotely.

 

Bespoke

Imagine accessing your ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management course whenever and wherever you need it.

Well, our online training option gives you 24/7 access to our learning platform for the duration of the course. It doesn’t get more flexible than that.

You will still be guided through everything you need to know by one of our experienced and highly respected tutors. And they are on hand to steer you through the post-course assignment work.

 


Bespoke

We can develop a training programme just for you.

Your training might benefit from a camera technician being included on the course, allowing delegates to be recorded and the footage played back for expert insight and analysis.

Maybe your training could be improved if it was held in broadcast-quality studios.

Perhaps you would like to master the art of delivering training online but prefer to learn yourself in a face-to-face environment. We can help with that.

We’ve been doing this for more than 25 years for some of the country’s biggest organisations. We’ll work with you to understand your business and what you want your delegates to achieve from the training and take back to the workplace.

It depends on the format of the training and whether you want an accredited course. Face-to-face training at our Nottingham or Reading offices is £795 + vat, which rises to £995 + vat for the accredited version.

For remote courses, it is £695 + vat, which rises to £895 + vat for an accredited course. The price of a bespoke course will vary depending on what you need it to cover.  

For remote courses, the certificate is £1,495 + vat and £1,195 + vat for the award.

Our online course costs £895 + vat and you will gain the certificate.

Our Train the Trainer courses are limited to six delegates so you benefit from more practical time with our tutors.
