The only difference between the ILM Level 5 Diploma and the ILM Level 5 Certificate Qualifications in Effective Coaching and Mentoring is that those wishing to achieve the Diploma will be required to complete 54 hours of logged coaching with 4-9 people, whereas the Certificate requires 18 hours of logged coaching with 2-3 people. We offer full support and guidance in completing these final elements.
This is why the course dates are the same for both the Certificate and Diploma, as delegates attend the same course whichever qualification they are working towards; it is just the post-course coaching hours which are different.
