The BCF Group has unveiled a new AI companion that is set to shape the future of work-based training.
The company, which has been delivering leadership and management training and business coaching courses for the past 25 years, has joined forces with Yoodli to create Thirty Seven.
The training tool combines The BCF Group's expertise, experience and methodology with Yoodli's cutting-edge generative AI technology to enable users to improve their skills and knowledge and boost their confidence outside the classroom.
James White, the CEO of The BCF Group, said: "Thirty Seven is essentially an AI assistant who knows the strengths and weaknesses of every team member and enables them to continually improve and develop their skills.
"It will reduce the cost of training, while simultaneously increasing its effectiveness and accessibility. "And the AI-powered roleplays will help every employee be the best version of themselves."
Varun Puri, CEO at Yoodli, said: "We believe this is a great partnership.
"Yoodli's AI-powered platform perfectly complements the training provided by The BCF Group.
"Thirty Seven gives learners the tools to keep applying and developing their leadership and management skills and build confidence."
Thirty Seven enables users to improve things like giving feedback, carrying out performance reviews, managing conflict, holding coaching sessions and communicating change in realistic scenarios with instant feedback.
The extensive feedback covers tone of voice, eye contact, communication style, use of weak words, management of awkward questions and much more.
James added: "We know many companies we work with are innovating with AI.
"And the technology has a key role to play in the future of training, and learning and development.
"And it is vital we are at the forefront of that evolution.
"Thirty Seven is the perfect way for delegates to keep learning, developing and building their confidence outside of the training room so they continually become better managers and coaches.
"Its analytics and insights also enable learning and development teams to facilitate more tailored and personalised future training programmes."
Thirty Seven also offers media and presentation skills training, based on the methodology and experience of Media First, and customer service and sales training.
The BCF Group has been helping organisations develop their talent, inspire their people and overcome obstacles and challenges for the past 25 years.
