BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Jurisdiction
1.1 This agreement shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose courts the parties hereby submit.
2. Value Added Tax (VAT)
2.1 Prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added to the total invoice amount at the current rate.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment can be made online via credit/debit card at time of booking to secure course place(s).
Payment can also be made by invoice, in which case payment is due within 28 days of the invoice date, or 14 days prior to the course start date, whichever is the earlier. Access to online courses will not be provided until the invoice is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
3.2 A refund is available for online purchases for up to 14 days after the date of purchase. No refunds can be given for e-learning courses once the course has been accessed.
3.3 Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due until the date of payment, at a rate of interest of 5% above the base lending rate of the National Westminster Bank plc subject to a minimum of 8% per annum and shall accrue at such rate after as well as before any judgement.
4. Changes to Original Order
4.1 There will be no charge if a substitute person from your organisation wishes to replace the original delegate on the same date and same programme.
4.2 Substitutions notified to our office within 5 working days of the programme commencement date may result in the original name appearing on all documentation.
5. Cancellations
5.1 Once the 14 day cooling off period has expired, cancellations within the below timeframes will incur the following fees:
- 16 working days or more before the course start date: 50% of the total course price.
- Between 11 and 15 working days before the course start date: 75% of the total course price.
- Within 10 working days before the course start date: 100% of the total course price.

7.2 In the event of cancellation, the hotel's terms & conditions of business apply. You may be liable for cancellation charges if you do not give sufficient notice.
