BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Jurisdiction

1.1 This agreement shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose courts the parties hereby submit.

2. Value Added Tax (VAT)

2.1 Prices do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be added to the total invoice amount at the current rate.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment can be made online via credit/debit card at time of booking to secure course place(s).
Payment can also be made by invoice, in which case payment is due within 28 days of the invoice date, or 14 days prior to the course start date, whichever is the earlier. Access to online courses will not be provided until the invoice is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

3.2 A refund is available for online purchases for up to 14 days after the date of purchase. No refunds can be given for e-learning courses once the course has been accessed.

3.3 Interest on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due until the date of payment, at a rate of interest of 5% above the base lending rate of the National Westminster Bank plc subject to a minimum of 8% per annum and shall accrue at such rate after as well as before any judgement.

4. Changes to Original Order

4.1 There will be no charge if a substitute person from your organisation wishes to replace the original delegate on the same date and same programme.

4.2 Substitutions notified to our office within 5 working days of the programme commencement date may result in the original name appearing on all documentation.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Once the 14 day cooling off period has expired, cancellations within the below timeframes will incur the following fees:

  • 16 working days or more before the course start date: 50% of the total course price.
  • Between 11 and 15 working days before the course start date: 75% of the total course price.
  • Within 10 working days before the course start date: 100% of the total course price.
5.2 BCF Group Limited reserves the right to re-schedule programme dates due to circumstances outside their reasonable control. BCF Group Limited maintain the right to cancel any training course with one weeks' notice of the course date due to low delegate attendance.
 
6. Force Majeure
6.1 Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary licence), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected. 

7. Delegate Accommodation and Travel
7.1 All delegate accommodation and travel costs, in their entirety, are the responsibility of the delegate or client company.

7.2 In the event of cancellation, the hotel's terms & conditions of business apply. You may be liable for cancellation charges if you do not give sufficient notice.
 
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All intellectual property belongs to BCF Group Limited which remains the sole property of BCF Group Limited and will not be copied or distributed or used for personal or commercial gain.
 
9. Data Protection
9.1 By submitting an order, you are consenting to the details provided being used for administration, sales and marketing by BCF Group Limited.
 
10. Notices
10.1 Any notice required by this Agreement to be given by either party to the other shall be in writing and shall be served by sending the same by registered post or recorded delivery to the last known address of the other party and shall be deemed to have been served on the day following posting. Any receipt issued by the postal authorities shall be conclusive evidence of the fact and a date of posting of any such notice.
