COSHH for Managers and Supervisors
COSHH risks from hazardous substances will be present, to varying extents, in every workplace no matter what industry or number of employees.
Whilst these risks and potential consequences will range in severity, managers and supervisors need to understand their responsibilities towards COSHH health and safety in the workplace.
Our COSHH for Managers and Supervisors course will cover what is hazardous to health, and discuss why safety should be managed proactively rather than reactively. Delegates will be briefed on the importance of procedures and the implementation of a programme for the control and assessment of substances hazardous to health within their organisation.
This course is aimed at those people with responsibility for the health and safety of their employees and others who may be exposed to hazardous substances; basically supervisors and managers who will deal with chemical and harmful/hazardous substances (COSHH) as part of their responsibility.
