WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

You will receive a VAT receipt by email from our accounts department, usually within 2 working days.

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS

Our administration team will email through your joining instructions within approximately 2 working days, which contains necessary information such as course start times, a map to the venue (if applicable) etc. If your course start date is sooner than this (e.g. you have booked a course which starts the next day) then we will get these instructions to you sooner!

Please be aware that because of the attachments contained in the email they can often end up in junk/spam email folders or even automatically deleted by your email provider, particularly if it is being sent to a large organisation with aggressive spam filters. Please check these folders and if you have not received your joining instructions within a few working days then please contact us and we can resend to this or an alternative email address.
