WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

VAT INVOICE

You will receive a VAT invoice by email from our accounts department, usually the next working day.

Payment must be made within 28 days of invoice date, or 14 days prior to the course commencement date, whichever is earlier.

JOINING INSTRUCTIONS

Our administration team will email through your joining instructions within 2 working days, which contains necessary information such as course start times, venue location or Zoom login details (as applicable).

Please be aware that because of the attachments contained in the email they can often end up in junk/spam email folders or even automatically deleted by your email provider, particularly if it is being sent to a large organisation with aggressive spam filters. Please check these folders and if you have not received your joining instructions within 2 working days then please contact us and we can resend to this or an alternative email address.
