The comfortable training suites (which are situated on ground level, as well as the toilet facilities, making them wheelchair-friendly) are fully air conditioned with natural daylight. Our Reading courses are located at our sister company, Media First Ltd. The training facilities are approximately 7 minutes walk from Winnersh Triangle railway station, and easily accessible from London. The training suites are wheelchair-friendly, and there is free on-site car parking available.

The below timings are provided for guidance only, and are approximate timescales if the course was combined with a full time job. The programme elements and assignments can be completed as quickly as you like, with the only time limit being that the final assignment has to be submitted to ILM within 12 months of registration.

We offer this qualification in a variety of formats. This gives you maximum flexibility, and allows you to fit your studies around your work and personal commitments.
Yes. You will be eligible to receive ILM letters after your name – either AMInstLM (Affiliate/Associate Member Institute Leadership & Management) or MInstLM (Member Institute Leadership & Management).
As with all ILM accredited programmes, you will need to complete the post-programme activity of two work-based assessments, to achieve the ILM level 3 in Leadership and Management Award.
These elements have been designed to show to ILM you can put the skills and techniques learned on the programme into practice.
We provide full support and guidance in completing these final elements.
You don’t need to do much pre-training activity for this course. You just need to watch a 15-minute TED talk which gives you an overview of what we will cover during the training.
For this ILM level 3 in Leadership and Management Award, you will need to complete and submit two work-based assignments at a pass level.
These we will be based on the learning and training you have undertaken. We will provide you with tutor support and feedback while you complete your assignment work.
You will receive a workbook containing information, guidance and forms you need for the course.
This is based on the Government’s National Qualification Framework. Level 3 roughly relates to the equivalent of NVQs and BTECs at Level 3.
