ILM LEVEL 3 - ZOOM COURSES

2 Day 1-2-1 Option Available

Our Zoom option for ILM Level 3 Leadership and Management training pulls together all the great stuff from our classroom training and combines it with the benefits of online learning.

Not only do you benefit from a real person leading the programme, but you can attend the course from anywhere in the world without having to travel.

You will still cover everything you would if you were in the classroom and you still benefit from flexible tutor support to help you achieve the qualification.

The only difference is that you will do the course in four sessions to limit your screen time.

And the flexibility of this option means that we can offer one-to-one sessions exclusively for you, as well as scheduling the learning around your work and personal commitments.

Varying leadership styles

Day Two

Evaluating a range of leadership models and their significance for: Task, Performance, Culture, Relationships
Reflect on your own leadership styles and behaviours
Create an action plan to enhance your performance
What is a problem?
How to identify a problem, its nature, scope and impact
Identifying the root cause
Understanding how to interpret information to solve a problem
What is involved in making an informed decision?

After course

Two ILM work-based assignments (your choice from three modules)

Assessment

BCF Certificate of review completion (for ILM accredited training)
