ILM Level 5 - Zoom Courses

  • 2 Full Days
  • 1-2-1 Option Available

Our Zoom option gives you all the benefits of our classroom experience without the need to leave your home or office.

You still benefit from a real person facilitating the programme and the content is exactly the same.

The only difference is that we split the course into four half-day sessions so you don’t have to stare at a screen for two full days.

The flexibility of this option means that we can offer one-to-one sessions exclusively for you, as well as scheduling the days around work and personal commitments. Included in the price for this option is:

  • Course materials and workbook
  • ILM project fees
  • ILM certificate fees
  • 12 months of tutor support

In addition to the four half-day Zoom sessions, you will need to undertake self-directed learning and three work-based assignments. This is estimated to take three hours per week for 12 months.

The good news is we offer tutor support, at no additional cost, to help you with your assignments and self-directed learning journey.

What is the difference between the ILM Level 5 Certificate and the Diploma?

The only difference is in the amount of logged coaching that is required post-course.

If you want to achieve the Diploma, you will need to complete 54 hours of logged coaching with 4-9 people. For the certificate, you will need 18 hours with 2-3 people.

This means that whatever qualification you are aiming for, you will be able to attend the same course dates.

The course made me realise there is much more to coaching than coaching; it was delivered well by Tienie, somehow managing to be straightforward while also being very informative and helpful.

The training has given me many things to work on to help improve my performance as an effective business coach. Thank you.
