Construction Design & Management (CDM) Regulations 2015

This course is designed to summarise the changes that came into effect in April 2015. It is designed to ensure that the CDM Duty Holders are best prepared for managing the transition from CDM 2007 to CDM 2015.
This CDM course is aimed at any persons who are involved with CDM projects or those having construction work carried out. Potential delegates include clients, architects, other designers, CDM coordinators, principal contractors, contractors or anyone with an interest in furthering their knowledge of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.

The syllabus of the Asbestos Awareness covers relevant issues such as:

- Introductions to the new framework of legislation and guidance support CDM 2015
- The threshold of notification
- Managing transition from CDM 2007 to CDM 2015

Frequently Asked Questions
The CDM Refresher course is delivered over half a day (three hours). This enables the course to be provided to two different groups on one day, meaning that not all of your staff need to be away from the workplace at the same time.
Each delegate will be issued with a workbook to assist them both during and after the course, which will contain information, guidance and forms.
The course is designed to be interactive, allowing delegates the opportunity to develop their skills with the support of the course tutor.
Delegates will be awarded a certificate of attendance upon successful completion of the course.
Scheduled Courses

Our Construction Design & Management (CDM) Regulations 2015 course is not currently scheduled as an open course, and is currently only available as an in-house course where we come to your premises and deliver the training for a number of your employees.
