Finally, practical steps are shown that can be taken in order to lower the risk to a person from allergens, and how control measures and careful monitoring can also play a significant part in reducing the potential for harm.
There are multiple choice questions at the end of each unit. Those who successfully achieve the minimum mark required to pass these assessments are rewarded with a printable certificate.
