Principles of Communication Online Course
Communication plays such a big part in a successful business. This online course begins by detailing the different reasons people communicate and the various methods of communication. It will then seek to identify the barriers to communication and how these can be overcome, as well as covering issues such as confidentiality and privacy when communicating with others.
There are multiple choice questions at the end of each unit. Those who successfully achieve the minimum mark required to pass these assessments are rewarded with a printable certificate.
