Sales are the lifeblood of any commercial enterprise. Without sales revenue, a business will not make a profit and will in all likelihood end up running out of money and being forced to close.

This online sales training course begins by stating some basic rules for sales people. It covers cold calling, how to deal with gatekeepers and takes you through a typical face-to-face meeting. It then discusses how you can sell by stressing the results that potential customers can expect if they buy, and how best to play to their emotions. It then finishes off by covering negotiations (Related online course: Negotiation), and includes a selection of methods for closing a sale.
There are multiple choice questions at the end of each unit. Those who successfully achieve the minimum mark required to pass these assessments are rewarded with a printable certificate.
An e-learning course is ideal for those who cannot get time away from the workplace and do not require a tailored course which deals with specific risks. If you do, then an open course or bespoke/in-house course will be much more suitable for your requirements.
